About Me

I’m Michelle Magruder, a Nielsen Norman Group Certified UX Designer focused on making complex digital experiences clearer, more intuitive, and easier to use.

My core skills include UI design, user research, wireframing, and prototyping. I use those skills to understand problems, explore solutions, and turn ideas into practical experiences that work for both users and the business.

My experience includes projects involving design systems, CMS implementation, website redesigns, and improving consistency across digital products. Much of my work involves collaborating across teams, bringing structure to unclear problems, and helping projects move forward in a practical way.
